The highly efficient and expendable grinding wheel is made up of an abrasive compound that can be helpful in a number of abrasive machining and abrasive cutting operations. Typically the construction of wheel uses matrix of rough elements that are bonded and pressed together to get a rigid and circular shape. Depending upon the intended use of the wheel, a range of cross sections and profiles can also be available. The structure and shape of the wheel defines its density. Wheels consuming lesser density can cut freely and creates a major effect on the overall surface finishing.
